Help with ALEXsys Access Problems

Some ALEXsys' users are not able to access ALEXsys after signing in.  If this happens to you, try clearing your browser’s cache and/or cookies and then re-sign in.

Other things you can try:

 

  1. Menu bar, go to Tools --> Pop-up Blocker --> Turn off Pop-up Blocker or add Web site to Pop-up blocker Exceptions in Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy Tab --> Pop-up Blocker Settings button.
  2. When on ALEXsys home page:  Go To Menu Bar --> Tools  Internet Options --> Security Tab -->Click on “Trusted Sites” in the Select a zone to view or change security settings box --> Click on Sites button--> ALEXsys’ url should be in the “Add this website to the zone” text box --> Click on “Add” button.
  3. Also try:  Add ALEXsys as a TrustedSite:  Go to Menu Bar -->Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced Tab -->Click on Reset at bottom of page --> Leave personal settings unchecked --> Click on Reset --> Click on Close and restart computer. Once computer comes back up --> Go to ALEXsys Home page-->  Go To Menu Bar --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Security Tab --> Click on “Trusted Sites” in the Select a zone to view or change security settings box --> Click on Sites button --> ALEXsys’ url should be in the “Add this website to the zone” text box--> Click on “Add” button --> Return to Home page and login.

4.    It could also be the compatibly settings.  To change this, go to Tools --> Compatibility View --> Add.

 

5.    If you have signed-in but remain on the ALEXsys Sign-In page, you probably are not really signed in. Try this:

Click on [Logout] and then on ALEXsys Home to return to the sign-in page. 

Sign back in.  You should now be on the Welcome to ALEXsys page.

If still on Home page, click on [ Logout ] again and then ALEXsys Home.
